Once the Sheridan site becomes rezoned, it may well prove easier for the rest of Cheltenham Park Racecourse to be re-zoned, from un-subdividable open space, to intensive zoning. Viscount Plastics it seems plan to remain and expand, and could prove a very useful ally.
Does anyone know how much the Actil site was sold for? It sure has waited a long time to be developed...
