The next SAJC meeting calls for the decision regarding the development of Victoria Park and the sale of Cheltenham racecourse "be rescinded on the basis that Model 2 of the report of Tilbrook Rasheed, on which this resolution was debated, was grossly inaccurate".

Great respect to Bill Spear, new Board Member and chartered accountant, who has challenged the legitimacy of the September 2004 decision based on financial information, despite opposition for such a review. Others may not have been aware of any financial situation, but certainly wondered at who were the "new members" that attended that fateful meeting in September 2004.
